Data Storage

NDTshift stores all timekeeping records locally on your workplace machine. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Employee Information

Employee names, punch times, weekly hours, and device approvals are stored securely inside the NDTshift folder.

Mobile Punching

When mobile punching is enabled, GPS location is used only to validate punch radius. Location data is not stored.

Backups

You control all backups. Copy the NDTshift folder to secure workplace storage as needed.

Your Responsibility

Because NDTshift is self‑hosted, your organization is responsible for securing the workplace computer, network, and backups.
