Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is where managers configure the system, manage employees, and review punch data.
1. Accessing the Dashboard
Open your browser and navigate to your server’s admin URL:
http://your-server-ip:port/admin
Log in using your administrator credentials.
2. Managing Employees
The Employees section allows you to:
- Create new employee accounts
- Edit usernames and passwords
- Assign roles
- Deactivate or remove accounts
3. Reviewing Punch Data
The Punches section displays all employee punch‑in and punch‑out records.
- View timestamps
- Check GPS/WiFi validation
- Filter by employee or date
- Export punch logs
4. Location Validation Settings
Configure geofencing and WiFi validation rules:
- Set allowed GPS radius
- Add approved WiFi networks
- Enable strict validation mode
5. Organization Settings
Update your organization name, logo, and server configuration options.
6. Exporting Data
Export punch logs or employee lists in CSV format for payroll or reporting.
